Waterjet Gasket Cutting

Do you need precisely cut material? With two Waterjet cutting machines, IR-G can meet your needs.

Using a powerful 55,000 psi stream of water that cuts cleanly and evenly every time, Water-Jet cutting provides extremely accurate cuts with a high degree of repeatability over a wide range of materials and endless shapes and configurations. IR-G offers two water-jets with table sizes at 10’ x 5’, 8’ x 4’, and 2’ x 3’ with the capability to cut materials up to 6” thick to cover all your cutting needs.

"Thank you for the product that your Clarksville office was able to fabricate which eliminated a potential safety issue with our propane bottles. We contacted the Clarksville location a few weeks ago, to see if it was possible to fabricate a propane hose ¼” x 50’ with a fire jacket covering 12’ from the hose connection to the tank. Current weed burner torches only come with a 6’ hose when you buy the torch handle. We needed it to be much longer in order to safely locate the tank away from a large heat source.
