Waterjet CuttingWaterjet cutting is extremely precise and reliable.  Using a powerful 55,000 psi stream of water that cuts cleanly and evenly every time, Waterjet cutting provides extremely accurate cuts with a high degree of repeatability over a wide range of materials and endless shapes and configurations.  IR-G’s design and engineering staff can use your drawings and load them into our CAD software.

Our equipment can cut materials up to 6” thick without tearing or shredding.  IR-G has 3 Waterjets with table sizes 10’ x 5’, 8’ x 4’, and 2’ x 3’ to cover all your cutting needs.  Our largest table has the capability to cut material up to 6” thick.  This machine also has the ability to use abrasive cutting garnet, enabling IR-G to cut a multitude of various materials.  The materials we are proficient at cutting include sheet rubber, sponge/foam, non-asbestos, paper/vegetable fiber, plastics, and non-woven materials.  Other cutting capabilities include ceramic, metal, and just about anything that is able to be cut.

"Thank you for the product that your Clarksville office was able to fabricate which eliminated a potential safety issue with our propane bottles. We contacted the Clarksville location a few weeks ago, to see if it was possible to fabricate a propane hose ¼” x 50’ with a fire jacket covering 12’ from the hose connection to the tank. Current weed burner torches only come with a 6’ hose when you buy the torch handle. We needed it to be much longer in order to safely locate the tank away from a large heat source.
